Surprise 'Swiss Chalet' Club House for Torrema Owners

The new "Swiss Chalet" style club house which as recently arrived on the scene at Torrema Natura - some owners - especially those nearby this unexpected facility - are fearful of noise problems as well as the visual intrusion. At neighbouring Bahia de Vera which has recently converted an unused building originally intended as a restaurant into a social club and gymnasium (for owners only) property owners close to the social clubhouse have complained of noise especially from children and young people congregating together at the new facility.
