Great dam - but where's the water?

This is the Almanzora reservoir, near Cuevas de Almanzora, about 20 kms from Vera Playa. The reservoir is to be the site of some of the events of the 2005 Mediterranean Games. You may notice from the photo that there's no water in it at the moment - but the chief of the water company has assured everyone that that's no problem.
