The high quality urbanizacion of Residencial
Bahia de Vera comprises
about 180 properties and has two swimming pools - one is a large outdoor
pool and the other a covered, heated pool which is especially popular
in the autumn, winter and spring. There is also a tennis and volleyball
court and boules/petanque court.
Orientation to sun: Orientation is everything at Vera Playa
- this apartment is ideally orientated to get just about every ray
of sunshine available and is sheltered as well which is particularly
important in the winter months. It has a large toldo (extending
sun-blind) which can provide shade when it is needed.
Accommodation & facilities: There is a spacious living/dining
room with patio doors to the dining terrace. There are many ways this
living/dining space can be used - at present it is furnished with

security gates. All windows and patio doors have sliding mosquito
screens (fixed screen in bathroom window). This combination means
that you can have windows open at night with security and free of
problems with mosquitoes etc.
Services: Mains water (Galasa) and Electricity (Sevillana-Endesa).
Outside: There is a small lawned private garden and a large
sun-bathing and dining terrace. There is a raised flower bed adjacent
to part of the dining terrace, which as well as providing shelter
from Vera Playa breezes, also houses a range of flowering shrubs
and other plants (e.g. Buganvillea, a Grape Vine and a selection
of geraniums). There is a water tap in the garden and the garden
has an automatic watering system controlled by electronic timer.
Parking: There is plenty of free parking spaces at Bahia
de Vera, adjacent to the perimeter road. This apartment is less
than 30m to the parking area (a private covered parking place near
this apartment is available for purchase by separate negotiation).
Outgoings: Community fee (about 70 Euros monthly), council
tax/rates, rubbish removal charge (basura), electricity and
water, contents insurance - overall around 2.000 ) annually.

of the 10 year new building guarantee - the developer was Mare Nostrum
(now Key Mare) whose regional offices are conveniently close by
